What's up with foreclosures?? According to the television and the local radio you should be able to pick up a foreclosed home for pennies on the dollar. I recently heard a commercial on the radio in Dallas that a lady bought her foreclosed home for $1000. She said her monthly house payment was less than what she was paying in rent??
