Government Grants And Homes For Sale In Irving and Fort Worth Texas

The Irving Tx Home Buyer Development Program is geared toward helping first time Home Buyers and people who have not owned a home in the past three years. Be a United States citizen or a permanent legal resident

Have a down payment of $1000 to $1500

Fall into the income levels adjusted by the city for family size

This Irving grant is a deferred loan which will be forgiven at the end of 15 years. This grant can be used with new home construction or with pre existing homes. If you are buying a new home in Irving you could qualify for as much as $30,000. For a pre- owned home the amount will be up to $15,000. You are also required to attend a Homebuyer education and counseling class put on by the City Of Irving to teach the first time home buyer the ends and outs of buying a home.
