Chris Brunner is the general manager for Park Place Lexus Mission Viejo  (PPLMV), one of nine Park Place dealerships and the first dealership in California.  Brunner is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for the facility; managing more than 120 employees; and incorporating the “Park Place culture” into the dealership.

Brunner comes to PPLMV with more than two decades of automotive industry experience in sales, finance and management.  Prior to joining PPLMV, Brunner was the general manager of Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, Texas for more than seven years.  While Brunner served in this position, Park Place Lexus won numerous rankings and awards including a CSI rating of 98.9 percent, ranked among the top 10 percent of Lexus dealers in the overall sales experience and rated the top Certified Pre-owned Lexus  dealer in the country.  Additionally, in 2005, Park Place Lexus was named the small business recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the highest level of national recognition for business excellence.  Park Place Lexus is the only automobile dealer to ever earn this prestigious Presidential award.

Brunner has also worked at many other dealerships over the past 25 years, including Kiel Lincoln-Mercury dealership as a sales representative; Preston II Dodge dealership as a finance manager; David McDavid Acura dealership as finance manager; six David McDavid dealerships as finance director; and several Park Place dealerships.
