NEW CAR SALES CONSULTANT
As a New Car Sales Consultant you will ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. You will assist clients in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop leads and prospect for new clients Update and maintain client information using client relationship software Develop presentation skills and ensure delivery of accurate information Demonstrate proven knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications Responsible for following the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service the client. A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position. Organization, persistence and tenacity and strong interpersonal skills are keys to success. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related experience Valid CA State Drivers License

TECHNICIAN
The Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles with integrity and ethics, and also maintaining a positive relationship with clients who return with unsatisfactory work in accordance with dealership policies and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Examine vehicle for needed repairs. Make recommendations as applicable Communicate additional service requests and estimated labor time to Service department and the client Additionally, the Technician will demonstrate strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation and follow all safety applicable safety rules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated technical aptitude for timely vehicle repair A minimum of two years in a full technician role required. High line experience preferred. Must possess a current valid driver’s license.
