DALLAS (September 27, 2007) – Dallas-based Park Place Dealerships announced it has purchased Lexus of Mission Viejo in California from
Bayshore Motor Group II LLC for an undisclosed price. The dealership
has been renamed Park Place Lexus Mission Viejo and is the first
dealership outside Texas for Park Place Dealerships. The Lexus dealership in Orange County opened in 1995 and currently employs more than 120 people.

Orange County and there is a great demand for the Lexus product. Park

Chris
Brunner, most recently the general manager of Park Place Lexus
Grapevine, has been named general manager of Park Place Lexus Mission
Viejo. Mr. Brunner, who has been with the company for 15 years, will
oversee day-to-day operations for the facility.
