Can I use The Airport Valet when I fly out of Love Field?
Unfortunately, no. At this time The Airport Valet only operates out of DFW Airport.

If I’m having Park Place service completed while I’m out of town, how will my valet know?
Your valet will have a printed sheet detailing the Park Place services you have requested, and will go over them with you to make sure everything is in order.

If I opt for Park Place service while I’m out of town, where will my car be taken?
Depending on whether you drive a Mercedes-Benz or a Lexus, your vehicle will be serviced at either our Bedford or Grapevine facility.

Should I call my service adviser to schedule Park Place service while I’m out of town?
Your Park Place service adviser is always ready and willing to help you as much as possible, but we ask that you call 972.313.2500 to schedule any service appointments for which The Airport Valet will be responsible for transporting your vehicle.

How much does it cost to have Park Place service my car when it is with The Airport Valet?
There is a nominal transportation fee for getting your vehicle to and from the dealership, and the standard Park Place service rates apply.
