PPG Model and Talent group is nationwide however, based in Dallas, Texas with some of the most experienced, attractive, well spoken models in the industry.

Each time a company exhibits at the OTC www.otcnet.org show, 91%  of their visitors will be seeing the company’s personnel for the very first time.

After the company has mapped out their trade show marketing strategy, after they’ve paid for the space rental, the graphics design, the promotion, the booth construction, the premium incentives, the storage, the shipping charges, the air, ground, meal and hotel costs for their sales staff…they need to ask themselves 'does it make sense to skimp on the company's professional image?'

Many trade show exhibitors know that tradeshow exhibitors have about four seconds to attract a visitor to their booth.

Four seconds.

That’s the amount of time it takes for a visitor to walk past the length of the company booth.

Companies must use everything in their power to attract that customer.

Professional Trade Show Models and Talent can BOOST a corporate image exponentially.   Attractive, poised, well-appointed models that are well versed in Trade Show booth hosting give a booth the advantage over their competition.

Why?

Social scientists call it THE "HALO EFFECT."

A halo effect occurs when one positive characteristic of a person dominates the way that person is viewed by others. And the evidence is now clear that physical attractiveness is often such a characteristic.

Research has shown that we automatically assign to good-looking individuals such favorable traits as talent, kindness, honesty, and intelligence….good-looking equals good….

"…(E)xperiments have demonstrated that attractive people are more persuasive in changing the opinions of an audience….Researchers (indicate) that attractive individuals are…more likely to be viewed as kind, interesting and competent."

Smart companies take advantage of the "HALO EFFECT" to beat out the competition and increase sales.

Now That The Model has the Customer's Attention, How Do You Make The Sale?

While visual presentation may attract a potential customers to the company  exhibit, the company still needs to keep the customers interest, either long enough to refer them to a sales professional, or to hear a detailed description of their product or service. The company needs spokesmodels or talent that truly ARE intelligent, poised and competent.

Tradeshow Models & Spokesmodels free up company sales staff to do what they do best--Sell!

BOOTH HOSTS AND HOSTESSES often engage in the following duties:

Pre-qualify prospects so that  sales staff can focus on company goal–increased sales.
Finalize orders, record transactions.
Capture prospect's names and business addresses in exchange for company premium incentive.
Handle free drawing sign-ups and gift presentation.
Record responses of customers to free samples or other new product lines.
Hand out company literature while sales staff handle other customers.
Prevent the dreaded "ignoring the customer" that occurs when the company just doesn’t have enough staff.

How Much Talent Does the average Tradeshow Booth Exhibitor Need?

Many companies have trouble figuring out how many models or talent to use at their live marketing event.  Here’s an easy formula:

The average visitor spends five minutes at an average exhibit. That allows for 12 visitor interactions with each staff person per hour.
How many customers does the company wish to qualify each hour?

Number of customers per hour (X) divided by 12 equals Number of staff for booth.
X divided by 12=

Example:
Lets say the company wants to qualify 50 Customers per hour.
50 Customers divided by 12 interactions per staff member hour=4.17 staff
The company will need 4 staff for every 50 customers per hour

An average 10 x 10 booth can fit three individuals comfortably. However, a company can often place several of the talent in front of the booth as well.
