• General conceptual design abilities and implementation of design while maintaining certain creative and aesthetic levels, and do so in a timely manner
• Update and maintain web sites on a regular basis
• Team work with Creative Director, Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, Web Developer and Marketing team to establish and execute creative strategies for site updates and new projects
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Design Photoshop mockups of various web layouts and design concepts

• 2 - 3 years of web design experience
• Sound understanding of web design practices and principles
• Excellent portfolio that demonstrates stellar conceptual design skills
• Must be able to demonstrate examples of creative designs
• Should understand practices and terminology of other design disciplines
• Strong web design background
• Proven ability to think both creatively and strategically with an understanding of the big picture
• Solid Flash + Action script skills a Plus
• Experience with all standard web design tools is necessary (HTML, CSS, Javascript, CSS-based layout production and some PHP
• Solid Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines
• Layout and print design experience
• Experience in translating requirements into design decisions
• Work well on a MAC
