Responsibilities:

The Web Designer will design web sites & flash banners for our clinete. We are looking for leaders with the acumen and drive to succeed.

Essential Duties:

* Design and implement landing pages, banner advertisement graphics,
* Will design graphic elements (icons, buttons, user interaction elements, etc.)
* Will develop HTML email campaigns 
* Help edit and maintain existing websites and develop new sites
* Will help develop and manage Pay-Per Click (PPC) campaigns
* Will create page and graphic layout design mockups using Photoshop
* Recommend and implement design, graphic, layout, and usability changes based on best practices

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years professional experience in web design (agency experience a plus)
* Degree in Communication Design or Graphic Design ( a Plus)
* Expertise in Adobe Flash, Photoshop & Illustrator design applications
* Must be able to build web banner ads using Flash & action-scripting
* Must be able to build web pages using CSS, HTML & JAVA
* Must demonstrate good web practices using solid design standards
* Must have an online portfolio and examples of work
* Must be able to overcome obstacles and obtain results under tight deadlines
* Experience working for an Internet/E-Commerce Company or Agency is desired
