In fact, many of the local companies try to instill a fear of out-of-town roofers and we have to overcome that fear.  The fact is that just because your dealing with a local roofer it doesn’t mean that he provides a quality product installed correctly.

The BBB is a wealth of information on all types of business’s. I have come to understand that the biggest concern people have is related to the warranty and whether or not we will be there if needed. Look at a company’s history with the BBB and what you should really be concerned about is how they handle there complaints, not where they are from.

We encourage our clients, and others, to be wary of paying anyone up front more than ten (10%) percent of the estimated job cost.  A nominal fee to cover some of the materials is understandable, however, the remainder should only be paid when the job is completed.  Full payment when the job is completed is expected and understandable.
