Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute

The Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute is a traditional school of Martial Arts dedicated to teaching the Shaolin Long Fist and Five Animals style of Chinese Kung Fu. The Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute is unique in both style and training environment. The institute is modeled after the serene and peaceful setting of the Original Chinese Shaolin Temple in Northern China and the spacious Kung Fu training hall at the Taipei Chinese Kung Fu Association located in the Republic of China. The Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute is the result of many years of planning and thought resulting in the ideal setting to help students achieve the highest level of Kung Fu skill. The institute is equipped with two large training areas and all types of martial arts training equipment including the mook jong ( wooden dummy ), a large variety of striking pads, traditional training tools and Chinese weapons. The Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute utilizes both group and private weekly instruction to guide students on their journey to kung fu mastery. Traditional Chinese Kung Fu is unique in that it incorporates all aspects of fighting including: kicking, punching, joint locking and wrestling as well as traditional weapons. The Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute trains its students in the beautiful and popular Long Fist Style as well as the rare, ancient and unique Shaolin Five Animals system.
