Sifu Alschbach began studying Shaolin Kung Fu at the age of
12 under Shaolin Master Dr. Silvio Azzolini. In 1993 Sifu Alschbach was
promoted to the level of 1st Degree Black Belt in Northern &
Southern Style Shaolin Kung Fu by the World Chinese Martial Arts Federation.
Sifu Alschbach has over 17 years of experience teaching / practicing Chinese
Kung Fu and has participated in many tournaments and demonstrations as well as
having taught countless students of all ages. Sifu Alschbach has also traveled
all over the world in order to study with some of the greatest living Kung Fu
Masters including, Grandmaster Lin Chih-Young, Grandmaster Lee Kwong Ming and
Grandmaster Dr. Yang Jwing Ming. Sifu Alschbach has served as Captain of The
Chinese Martial Arts Demonstration Team, Advisor to the 1997 Kung Fu
Championship, Senior Board Member of the Taipei Chinese Kung Fu Association,
U.S.A., Coach of the 2006 Shaolin Martial Arts Demonstration Team and is
recognized as a 3rd Degree Black Belt and Expert in Shaolin Long Fist and Five Animals Style Kung Fu by the World Chinese Martial Arts Federation & the Taipei Chinese Kung Fu Association. Sifu
Alschbach is a Dallas Police Officer as well as the President and Founder of
the Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute.
