Ms. Russell began training in Shaolin Kung Fu at the age of
19. In 2004 After showing her dedication
and ability Ms. Russell became an assistant instructor. In 2006, Ms. Russell received
her 1st degree black belt in Northern and Southern style Shaolin Kung
Fu certified by the Taipei Chinese Kung Fu Association U.S.A.. Ms. Russell is a black belt member of the Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute Demonstration Team. Ms. Russell earned her Bachelor of Arts degree
from the University of Texas at Dallas. As well as being a Black
Belt Instructor and founding member of the Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute Black Belt
Board, Ms. Russell is a human resource manager and a graduate student at the University
of Texas at Dallas.
