All of our bathroom fixture installers are in-house employees, so we are able to control their schedules and the quality of their installations.   Our installers work Monday thru Friday early and late and Saturdays as needed-always willing to stay late to complete your project.  Our bathroom fixture installers are one of our biggest assets as they’ve been with us a long time-the average tenure of an installer with us is 6 years!

We just moved into a 26,000 square foot facility that allows us to keep more bathroom fixture items in stock and readily available for your needs.  It also enables us to stock more Almond and Light Grey Powder Coated toilet partitions in the floor mounted headrail braced style.  In addition, we stock plastic laminate partitions in a white, grey or almond color-floor mounted headrail braced style-these competitively priced partitions are ready to be installed within a few days of your order being placed.

We have grown to become the largest full-service stocking distributor of Bobrick accessories in the Southwest, and we are proud of our relationship with Bobrick.

What we do and offer . . .

We are a very young company-small compared to most, but large in the bathroom fixtures industry.  We have awesome people that work here - over the years, we have evolved and changed - we now have 9 associates in the office ready and willing to help.  Most have been with the company less than 5 years, but I’m certain that most will be with us in 10 years!  Attracting and attaining happy, productive, efficient, hard working employees is the #1 professional goal of mine - it’s always a work in progress, but we have the best team in the industry!  My philosophy is that if a company brings in good people, all of the other things will follow.  We have just moved into a 26,000 square foot facility, so are setup to handle any order from a small remodel to a ground up construction.

We are young and energetic and quick to respond to customer’s needs.  Our goal is to provide a professional experience from the point of contact to completion of the project and thereafter - we strive to make this the best experience that you’ll have!  I’m confident that we can take care of you better than the competition by providing more competitive prices and great customer service.

Do you install?

Yes-about 98% of what we sell through Chatham / Worth Specialties!  We provide professional bathroom fixture installation with in-house crews for all the items we sell, at fair and very competitive rates.  For a quote on a project requiring installation, please call or email us.

Will you meet me at the jobsite?

We will meet you at the jobsite in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but we charge a $120.00 service call.  If you purchase product totaling over $300.00, we will apply this $120.00 service call to the order, in full.  If you don't purchase anything or purchase product less than $300.00, then the $120.00 will be paid in addition to any product purchased.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 1955, so we are not going anywhere.  The owner, Ben Baume, has been working in the industry since 1994 - starting in the field, and working his way into the office.  In February of 2006, he purchased the company in full from his partner.

What is your warranty?

This answer depends on the product you are talking about.  Bobrick's standard warranties can be viewed here. Standard 1-year manufacturers warranties are provided on most all products that we sell.

Do I have to be present at the time of delivery?

Yes.  The customer or his representative must be present at the time of delivery.  We provide tailgate delivery service and therefore, the customer must be present to receive, check in, and sign for all delivered materials.

If I send you a set of plans, will you do a "take-off"?

Yes we will.  We understand your time is valuable.  Please forward to us the architectural drawings and sections 10000-12000 from the specifications.  Quotes generally take 2-3 days to perform for average size jobs.  Please allow adequate time to perform this "take-off".  With this service, we will provide you with a quote on all of the products that we sell, ranging from toilet accessories, toilet partitions, projection screens, marker boards, and fire extinguishers and cabinets to flagpoles and floor mats - we cover most of the division 10 products and some division 11 and 12 as well.  Feel free to send us your plans or a CD - we can print the plans.  We do have one limitation on this service - your plans should be no more than 10-15 pages - for larger projects, we would be happy to provide this service at a fee.  And as always, we would be happy to provide you with a quote from your take-off and specifications!
