Georgia State Senator Jeff Chapman awarded Stuttering Foundation President Jane Fraser with a Resolution adopted by the Georgia General Assembly on Feb. 26, 2009.
The Resolution recognizes and commends Jane for her “efficient, effective, unselfish, and dedicated service to those affected by stuttering.”
