Linda Baker has extensive experience in marketing national specialty retailers, including Pier 1 Imports, Zale Corporation, County Seat Stores and Helzberg Diamonds. In addition to working in the for-profit business sector, Linda also has non-profit experience, which includes the American Heart Association.
She has overseen the strategic planning and brand management processes of these well-known brands, as well as created and maintained production and media budgets; managed advertising, media, and PR agencies; created innovative sales promotions; directed the development of internal and external publications; developed comprehensive training materials; produced special events, corporate meetings and trade show exhibits. Linda has directed the overall creative production of in-store collateral, direct mail, advertising, and coordinating sales promotions.
She directed the American Heart Association’s national call center, which included sourcing for qualified call centers with health-based knowledge; developed call center procedures, call flow and escalation processes; developed scripts, training materials and incentive programs for internal customer service teams and call center representatives. She also directed the operational processes for website content management at the association.
