Emily Jones
Emily Jones joined FSN Southwest in August 2004 as weekend anchor and weekday reporter on the network's nightly SOUTHWEST SPORTS REPORT.
The former sports director at KCBD-TV in Lubbock, Texas, teams with Ric Renner on the Saturday and Sunday SOUTHWEST SPORTS REPORT shows and files reports on the weeknight sportscasts.
Jones spent six years at Lubbock NBC affiliate KCBD before moving to FSN Southwest. She started as a news anchor, reporter and producer in September 1998 and was elevated to sports director in May 2001. She anchored the station's two nightly sportscasts and oversaw the sports department.
A native of Plainview, Texas, Jones graduated from Texas Tech in 1998 with a bachelor of arts degree in broadcast journalism. She resides in Dallas.
