Iver Larson Named Senior Counsel at Millennium Pharmaceuticals

Conselium, the executive search firm that sponsors Corporate Compliance Insights, has just completed a search for a Senior Counsel of Sales & Marketing in Cambridge, MA on behalf of Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., placing Mr. Iver Larson.
Conselium, the executive search firm that sponsors Corporate Compliance Insights, has just completed a search for a Senior Counsel of Sales & Marketing in Cambridge, MA on behalf of Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Mr. Iver Larson will begin his new role as Senior Counsel of Sales & Marketing on April 5, 2010.

Mr. Larson will:

  • Serve as legal expert on material review teams, and other cross-functional teams that develop or guide the development of promotional material.
  • Provide counsel and assistance to marketing, sales and reimbursement and national accounts regarding the development of concepts, promotional pieces and communications materials for use in the U.S.
  • Provide training and updates to sales, marketing and reimbursement management, field sales representatives, and reimbursement area managers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of government policies, guidelines and regulations related to labeling, promotion and advertising for products.
Mr. Larson was previously Director of Legal Affairs for Elan Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Larson’s previous professional positions include law firm experiences with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP and Chun, Kerr, Dodd, Beaman & Wong LLLP.  Mr. Larson obtained his Jurist Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of Law.
