Was responsible for major account management as well as initiating, managing, and  completing direct sales at all levels -- domestic and international   Raleigh Group International was a Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 Award recipient and co-founder of Elsinore Technologies, Inc. On March 31, 2000, Raleigh Group International was acquired by Mutek Solutions.  

Elsinore Technologies – Established an inside sales organization as part of a transition to a direct sales model.  Responsibilities included, but not limited to: recruiting and training junior and senior sales personnel, sales process development, pipeline management, and product positioning. Achieved 140% revenue growth year 2002 over year 2001 Developed and implemented a sales training and development program  

DELTA Funding - Created a unique personal sales/marketing plan and rapidly established a reputation as a top producer. Established monthly Texas branch record of $2.3 million while closing largest loan ($1.2 million) in company history. Developed contact management/lead tracking system that incorporated, Novell Groupwise and MS Excel Devised and implemented email marketing and lead generation campaign Established and compiled customer database with 3000 plus records Created unique brand identity earning customer praise and repeat business Doubled inbound response rate Conceived, planned, and executed broker-partner education and training program.

Tri-Link, Platinum Certified Re-Seller Raleigh, NC – Senior Account Manager:   Developed and implemented strategic and tactical sales plan for Platinum Software Systems (MIS/MRP) products/services.
