Surprisingly, however, is the number of new cases that are not consumer debt cases. There are many small business cases being filed, all of them somehow related to the downturn in the economy, in particular the real estate market.  The sluggish real estate market seems to have caused major financial problems for mortgage brokers, real estate investors, contractors, and all the business related to them.  These financial problems feed the increase in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Cases, both business and personal.  And because of this increase, the Law Offices of Rich Reister has had to build its infrastructure.

The biggest, and best change, was the new addition to the team, Sam Mckee.
