The School Volunteer automates a number of functions,
including:

. Volunteer Registration
. Committee Creation
. Volunteer/Committee Assignments
. Committee Roster Generation
. Committee-specific Email Messaging

The School Volunteer delivers these functions for an annual subscription fee
based on the number of school volunteers. The cost varies from $1.20 to $1.80
per volunteer per year.

The School Volunteer delivers training to volunteer coordinators and assists in account initialization. A $1,500 one-time activation fee covers the cost of these services, but Optimal IT waives the fee for multi-year subscriptions.
