In Person Service Evaluation
Our mystery shopper will visit your business in person. Posing as a customer, they will observe and interact with your staff. Using an evaluation constructed to your specifications, each facet of the interaction is recorded. Included in these assignments are facility cleanliness, merchandising, employee selling skills, product knowledge and overall shopping experience.

The results of these evaluations can be incorporated into compensation programs, used to reward superior performance and/or used to provide coaching, counseling and improvement plans.

 

Paperless Comment Cards/Surveys
Have you ever thought about taking your comment card program paperless? There are many great reasons to migrate or establish a web-based program. One of the first benefits you will realize is eliminating the printing cost and all of the paper that accompanies a hard copy survey. You can use your existing guest check, invoice or receipt to invite your customers to take the survey via the web.

By nature of being web-based, our program also allows for multiple people to view the information at the same time. Once the customer has submitted the survey, it can be automatically converted into a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file and emailed to any and all of the appropriate individuals. Our distribution system can also be tailored so that store level employees only have access to their data, an area manger may view only the data from his stores and corporate users have access to all surveys. This program has a low set up cost and is VERY affordable.

Incentive Based Evaluation/Reward Shops
An evaluation program that utilizes mystery shopping to reward an employee who demonstrates a particular behavior (such as the offering of a particular product or service) during the customer interaction. The reward can occur during the interaction (in which case our field representative reveals themselves as a mystery shopper) or after the interaction. A program can be tailored to your needs.

Competitive Evaluation
Assignments in which a clients' competitor is visited and information is noted on the same survey used by the client. Usually requested to compare customer service or pricing with a competitor.

Telephone Evaluation
Our field representative will utilize a survey to covertly evaluate the telephone skills of an employee or call center. Cyber Evaluation Evaluation conducted via a website. Performance & Statistical Reports We will develop statistical and performance reports based on the results of the mystery shopping evaluations.
