TheSixSigmaWay Announces a New Lean Six Sigma Training Service. Our new hybrid training service offers a very convenient way to complete your Lean Six Sigma training at a reasonable price. It consits of a combination of online training and one-on-one sessions.

MEASURE - participants will learn and practice employing tools to determine critical measures necessary to satisfy customer requirements and develop a measurement plan to document process performance. CONTROL - participants will learn how to develop and utilize a control plan to ensure the sustained achievement of targeted results.
