With Oracle Business Intelligence, you can have your financial performance management cube, ASO/BSO, historical data warehouse with archive information, even unrelational, unstructured databases. You can have your ERP sitting there.
Oracle Business Intelligence allows you the ability to access information through one-stop shopping.
You can go in there, create all your meta-structure and present that in a logical view, a business view that your users can both consume and understand at the level they want to understand. They don’t want to put up with going back and “Well, I gotta do all kinds of calculations. I gotta learn SQL. I gotta learn ETL tools.” You don’t have to do that anymore!
