The health and performance of the IDS/IPS appliance is monitored 24x7x365 by analysts. You are promptly notified of outages and health problems and they are addressed and resolved expediently thereafter. Patches and firmware updates are installed on time.

Managed Services Customer Portal

Data Retention and Restoration
IDS/IPS log data is accessible to you through the customer portal for up to 60 calendar days. The log data is then archived in a physical backup media. It is available for restoration for a specified time period commensurate with service levels.
