Firewall At the core of this service is an industry-leading firewall from ISS, Check Point/Nokia, or NetScreen. The security appliance resides within our NTTA data center. We also offer this service for devices maintained on your premises.
X-Force Protection System This proprietary technology collects data from your firewall logs, converts the aggregated data into a normalized stream of security events, and prioritizes the events using advanced correlation.
Around-the-Clock Security Monitoring and Management Certified security experts monitor, manage and analyze firewall logs and review security events 24x7x365. Most severe events are quickly and accurately identified and you are alerted of the impending danger. Changes to the firewall are promptly implemented, as directed by you.
Device Management The health and performance of the firewall platform is monitored 24x7x365 by analysts. You are promptly notified of outages and health problems and they are addressed and resolved expediently thereafter. Patches and firmware updates are installed on time.
Security Operations Centers (SOCs) These physically hardened, state-of-the-art facilities are home to our security teams. They provide secure, highly available environments and redundancy in mission-critical systems.
Managed Services Customer Portal This secure web portal gives your IT staff real-time access to your security management profile including device status, security alert monitoring, and policy change requests and tracking.
Data Retention and Restoration Firewall log data is accessible to you through the customer portal for up to 60 calendar days. The log data is then archived in a physical backup media. It is available for restoration for a specified time period commensurate with service levels.
