"New owners have really turned this place around. I love the new owners/management. They made some improvements to things since it was purchased. They ran the riff-raff out and brought in a classy and sharp new woman to run things! We wish we could take her with us to our next apartment. The real plus about this complex is that it's smaller than most others in the area, easy to get into and out of. No traffic jams, no maze of driveways. Nice swimming pool, maybe could be deeper. Tennis court. Plenty of parking on the west side. Brand new doggie park, kind of small, but okay to let little dogs run around in. The long-timers try to have a neighborhood watch, but there seems to be little interest among the general population at this time. At least they try. Close to good restaurants in every direction. An auto service place practically next door, daycare center literally next door, a bar & grill in walking distance, bank, drug store and Goodwill all in walking distance. A Dallas Library branch is down the block. Maybe a little more noisy part of town for some folks, but our flat is far back from the road so we hardly notice except when enjoying the pool. Check it out."

"One of the best office staffs ever. No, I do not work for these apartments or even live in them yet, but we went and saw 2 units today and let me start by saying the grounds are close to immaculate. They have a large complex with very nice apartments. They have a super nice tennis court, dog park, and pool area. They have a very chic meeting area, and they have a really good relationship with their tenants. The person who showed us the units knew the names of every tenant and even most of their pets. He took extra time to show us different sizes than what we asked to see, and we talked almost an hour by the time we left, because the staff is so friendly and make you feel like you have known them forever right away! The residents who came in and out, and who we saw walking around were all dressed classy. We were pleasantly surprised. Awesome grounds, Awesome units, NO POOP on the whole property we walked it all. The dog park was even free of all but one small present and we saw someone walking their dogs in it on the way home and he happened to pick up the other persons too. I cannot say anything about the other residents and living there over time but everyone we saw looked to be happy. We are switching to these apartments next month! :) Don't too many people go there and steal ours!!!""Great on-site staff and quiet neighbors. Less than $500 in Bent Tree is an unheard of price. About 5 minutes from Willow Bend shopping or Addison restaurants, it doesn't get better than this.""This is home. My husband and I love it here. We have renewed our lease and feel good about staying. The maintenance staff has been there a very long time and I would trust them with my life. There is a Neighborhood Watch group that looks out for each other and they have been very welcoming. They are not nosy if you abide by common courtesy rules. If you do not like to follow general apartment rules you will not like this complex. If you are a respectful person and are respectful towards your surroundings you will love it here."
