Primero Systems announced that PRA Destination Management has selected the webtreepro site builder platform to power their franchise system’s website presence. Webtreepro allows PRA’s headquarters to deploy individual, locally relevant sites for all their franchise locations while maintaining brand control over look & feel and brand messaging.
PRA Destination Management has franchises in 20 U.S. cities, each of which offers unique meeting and experience destination management solution based services. Because the meeting planners who visit their sites are seeking information specific to each destination, it is critical each site offers content that’s relevant. By using webtreepro, the franchise locations are able to instantly add, delete and maintain that information directly, and still benefit from shared messaging maintained by headquarters. PRA chose webtreepro because it enables non-technical business users to update their local information without a dependency on headquarters.
At the same time, PRA wanted to be able to share brand-level content across all of their local sites, without having to manage and maintain that content individually. One example is an interactive request for proposal form developed in an third-party sales lead management platform. Using webtreepro’s 'iFrame without programming' and its one-to-many publishing, the form appears on all of the franchisee sites but maintained centrally. Likewise, job postings, press releases and other corporate-level information is shared amongst all the franchisee sites without any local intervention or site-by-site publishing.
Each franchisee location now also has its own URLs vs. just pages within a monolithic site for the entire franchise. This individualization of sites allows them to customize their meta descriptions, keywords, page titles and other attributes to further localize each site from the SEO perspective.
Key to the success of such a program is the ability for the franchisees in their network to embrace the tool and make regular use of its publishing ease.
