The product is optimized for franchisors and their franchisees, making online brand management possible across multiple websites, all while still facilitating the addition of local content. Franchisors can now instantly publish content or schedule the content to appear and disappear on future dates.
How does it work? It starts with the franchisor's site design and branding which become fixed elements of the web builder application. The franchisor then adds a locally identified site for each franchisee, each of which remains a perfect replica of all others and reflects the franchisor’s brand standards. All franchisee sites remain connected to, and ultimately controlled by, headquarters. Beyond taking on the look and feel of the parent company’s design, all sites also inherit content that the franchisor has deemed mandatory. This ensures both design and message standards are being met.
As the franchisor adds pages and content, they determine what should be shared content, with the option of sharing with one, some or all of the franchisee websites. Being able to selectively push pages and shared content to hundreds or thousands of sites simultaneously enables regionalization of promotions and other content. The franchisor can also allow their franchisees to participate in the content management of each of their sites, making it easy to add local content.
Announced New Features Include:
- Webtreepro now supports the upload and download of Microsoft Publisher (.PUB) files, facilitating the exchange of marketing materials between franchisors and their franchisees. This function is available the Library – Files area.
- The Thank You page for the Form Builder can now be selected from pages that are part of the menu, so the user is no longer limited to an Excluded Page. The Form Builder is simple to use and features a number of options.
- The webtreepro Form Builder now provides the ability to upload a file as an attachment to the form. This comes in handy for job posting on websites, providing the visitor with the ability to upload a resume.
