This property covers 160 acres of gorgeous ranch land in North Texas, and features miles of trails to hike or ride. Perfect for weekend cabin retreats, the trails, water and open space create a relaxing an enjoyable environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Bring your horses and relax knowing that they are comfortable in Wildwood Ranch’s excellent equestrian facility.  Perfect for city slickers and experienced ranch hands alike, Wildwood Ranch gives you the opportunity to watch wildlife, get back to nature and enjoy a stress free weekend retreat.

During the day you can ride your horse, swim in the pool or lake, fish, picnic, or just relax with a good book.  Just an hour or so from Dallas, it may be difficult to find a more welcoming and relaxing cabin.  

Kick back and watch the sun rise and set from the porch, and prepare your meals on the big, outdoor Wolf stove.  If it’s too hot or cold for you to grill, prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen.  Utensils and appliances are provided, including a dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, crock-pot and blender.

The North Texas cabin has a large living room that opens to a beautiful breakfast room and kitchen, a study, and three bedrooms and two baths, plus a large game room with bunk beds.

At Wildwood Ranch in North Texas, a vacation cabin secluded in the middle of 160 heavily wooded acres is yours to enjoy. Bring your horse, mountain bike or your hiking shoes to ride or walk our miles of trails and lanes. Four horse stalls are available for your use. ??Fish in one of three stocked ponds, swim in the wonderfully secluded pool during the summer months, and enjoy the tranquility of the woods in the winter months.

All year, Wildwood is an exceptional house to get away to the woods for a weekend cabin retreat. The ranch house is very well adorned with antiques, nice furnishings and art. Wildwood is also great for families! The ranch has a great kid's room or play room above the garage, so the kids can have their own space! ??

Outdoor activities, in addition to fishing, riding or walking the trails, include a regulation sand volleyball court, water volleyball with net and ball, horseshoes, and a fire ring for a night of story telling, music, or s'mores with the kids.

Rates:

• $400 per night for 4 people ($30 per night for each additional person) or $2,600 per week rents the entire ranch??
• If bringing up to 2 horses $475 per night for 4 people ($30 per night for each additional person) or $3,200 per week
• If you bring more than 2 horses - it is $15 per day additional for each horse.

Your weekend retreat at Wildwood Ranch will be perfectly comfortable.  The Ranch house is fully equipped with central air and heat.  Bedrooms are provided with linen and gas and wood fireplaces will keep you comfortable and cozy in chilly seasons.  The ranch house is fully functional, in addition to being charming and relaxing.  A washer and dryer are provided and you’ll find plenty of parking for your RV, boat or trailer.

Though close to Dallas, the ranch is secluded and rustic, but is also thoroughly modern.  Cable TV, video games, stereo and DVD players are all at your disposal for entertainment.

The ranch house is perfect for small business retreats with several rooms for meeting, working, and anything  else you might want to do on your one of a kind weekend cabin retreat.

A ping-pong table, foosball table, sand volleyball court and private pool all provide a way to release a little extra energy.  Three stocked ponds on the property also provide sportsmen with great fishing options.

The outdoor deck and patio offer a terrific place to lounge during the days and evenings and take in the beautiful water view.

Two kennels, both complete with doghouses, give you room to board your smaller four legged friends.

A smoke and pet free interior environment means that our guests are able to breathe easy.
