Mr. Bedolla is the President of BorderCOMM Partners
L.P. and its operating subsidiaries, including XC Networks, overseeing all functions of the
company and day-to-day operational activities.
Mr.
Bedolla received his Telecomm Engineering Degree from Escuela Superior
de Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica along with degrees from Instituto de
Investigaciones Electricas, IPADE and the Centro de Estudios
Cientificos y Tecnologicos.
Mr.
Bedolla has 25 years experience in the international telecommunications
industry including leading the deployment, network design, operations
and administration of wire line, wireless and satellite systems in the
United States and Mexico.
He resides in Juarez, Mexico with his wife and three children.
