Keith Belair
Mr. Keith Belair is the Chief Financial Officer of BorderCOMM Partners L.P. and its operating subsideries, including XC Networks,
overseeing all day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
Keith Belair received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University
of Colorado. He also received his MBA from Northwestern Kellogg
Graduate Business School.
Mr.
Belair has led mergers and acquisitions groups in the close of over 85
companies growing revenue from $2.0 Billion to $4.2 Billion in annual
sales. His expertise in internal financial controls, vendor management
and portfolio management has yielded significant cash and intrinsic
benefits for fellow employees and investors.
Keith Belair resides in El Paso, TX and has two children.
