Thomas J. Spackman
Mr.
Thomas Spackman is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
BorderCOMM Partners L.P. and its operating subsidiaries which includes XC Networks.
Mr.
Spackman received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University
School of Law and is a graduate of DePauw University, where he was a
Management Fellow. Thomas Spackman is a licensed attorney in the State of
Texas, a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Securities Section of
the Dallas Bar and is admitted to Federal Court, North District of
Texas.
Mr. Spackman has a long
history of entrepreneurial ventures including: Co-Founder of Cottonwood
Advisors, Inc., an investment banking firm; Co-Founder of S&S Real
Property, a real estate investment partnership; Co-Founder of Urban
Nissan, a new car franchise and founder of Spackman & Company, a
law firm specializing in corporate finance, securities, venture
capital, technology and bankruptcy.
He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and three children.
