Xdrenalin(TM) Zone Paintball announces the 2009 XZ Paintball Tournament Series. Offering Three-Man and Five-Man paintball formats at both Xdrenalin Zone @ Tarrant County as well as Xdrenalin Zone @ Lake Grapevine.
July 4th, 2009. Fort Worth, Texas. Xdrenalin(TM) Zone Paintball, one of the top paintball fields and stores in the nation, announces the 2009 XZ Tournament Series. This paintball tournament series is aimed at the beginner and novice player interested in honing their paintball skills.
Paintball is one of the fastest growing sports in the nation with over 10 million players - more than play baseball. Xdrenalin Zone hosted the National Collegiate Paintball Championships in 2007 and 2006 which was televised nationally by Fox College Sports.
Paintball players from Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Hurst, Bedford, North Richland Hills, Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, North Texas as well as the southwest are encouraged to sign up. Those without a team will be matched with others looking to form a team as well. So, all are encouraged to play. The minimum age is 10 and all under 18, must have a parental signed waiver.
The cost for the tournament is only $30 per player PLUS a $10 prize pool fee which will be divided among winning teams. Only paint purchased from Xdrenalin Zone will be allowed.
Sponsored Players will be allowed to play Wednesday-Sunday for only $30 plus tax PLUS the $10 prize pool fee which will be divided among all winners. The Sponsored Player Program allows players at all levels to receive benefits of a sponsorship allowing them the ability to purchase paint at very low prices. For example, HEAT, sells for only $29.99 plus tax for Sponsored Players (compared to $10 to $15 higher at most other paintball stores).
Usually paintball players have to travel miles to play on a farm or remote location outside of city limits. Xdrenalin Zone offers parks just minutes from downtown Fort Worth with close proximity to the DFW Airport.
Xdrenalin Zone @ Tarrant County is located at 8851 Blvd. 26 in North Richland Hills, Texas. Located across the street from Tarrant County Community College, next to NRH2O Water Park and behind Mountasia Family Fun Center. The park even has a Sonic Drive-In in its parking lot for convenience. Pizzas and refreshments are also available. The park offers indoor lockers and tables for security and fun parties.
Xdrenalin Zone @ Lake Grapevine is located at 2500 Fairway Drive, in Grapevine, Texas. Located on the shores of Lake Grapevine, the park is one mile west of Grapevine Mills Mall. The park is also located across the street from the Dallas Cowboys Golf Club and next to Silver Lake Marina. The widely successful Gaylord Texan Resort and Conference Center is located across the bay. The park boasts of nearly one-half mile of shoreline with picnic tables lining the shore.
