Your primary mission as an iVital Medical Assistant, based out of Plano, TX, will be to deliver an unparalleled level of customer service to our patients. You will utilize your clinical knowledge of obesity from your first point of contact with a patient as you support pre-surgery education and recommendations including reviewing medical histories, performing physicals and managing nutritional counseling resources.

As a part of ongoing care after a patient’s surgery, you will develop relationships with patients and facilitate their weight loss progress and milestones. Professional experience dealing with obesity, diabetes, cardiac rehab, cosmetic surgery, or non-invasive surgery will be valuable in this role, as will your empathetic approach to patient care.
