As executive vice president and general counsel, Taylor Robertson is responsible for legal matters, day-to-day operations, and developing future strategy and direction for med3q.
In his most recent position, Robertson was a staff attorney with International Business Machines Corporation, where he advised sales teams and negotiated agreements between IBM and its customers for the purchase of hardware, software and services. Prior to that, he was an associate in Thompson & Knight LLP’s Corporate and Securities Section, where he focused on private equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other general corporate formations and restructuring.
Robertson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and earned his juris doctorate from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Lousiana State University, where he graduated Order of the Coif and was an Erik Vincent Anderson scholarship recipient.
Robertson has served as an intern in the Washington, D.C. , office of Sen. Mary Landrieu, and graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University with a bachelor of science degree in international trade and finance.
