Overview
During the summer of 2004, Ernest Health, Inc. (EHI) approached mundayMorning to meet a sophisticated need with complex reach.
Problem Encountered
As a company with the plans to own an operate community-based acute rehabilitation and long-term care facilities across the United States, EHI needed a passionate, eye-catching identity paired with a flexible marketing plan that could meet not only its needs, but also the needs of its future hospitals and their marketing directors.
Our Solution
From the first handshake, we could tell what was important to this company – people. The focus of Ernest Health has been, and always will be, its patients and their healing, and that is why we hit the nail on the head with an identity that says just that, and so much more. The delicately bold logo shows the teamwork each hospital embodies every day with the circle of people joined together, creating an environment of love. That is the experience EHI and its specialized hospitals provide to each and every patient who walks through the door. And with a tagline that proclaims We Believe, Rehabilitation Means More Than Just Physical, it is easy for patients and caregivers to understand the mentality that makes these hospitals so special.
Overall, we felt the complete identity package was one that connected with EHI’s target audience, while remaining practical to meet the company’s needs. The identity set can be easily adjusted with the addition of each new hospital, while always remaining true to the original concept.
In addition to branding, mundayMorning has also worked steadfastly with EHI to develop unique marketing plans for each hospital that can meet various needs with efficiency and effectiveness. No one hospital is the same, and all market to different segments of the country, which is why we spend numerous hours working directly with each and every marketing director to ensure the correct message is being communicated and the right audience is being reached.
Results
As EHI continues to blossom and grow, so does mundayMorning to guarantee we will effectively meet the needs of the company’s now 13 hospitals in 8 different states, with many more to come.
