Overview
Re-brand company image and marketing communications

Problem Encountered
When we first met with Lantana, the number one issue facing the re-marketing process was “no one knows who we are.” Lantana needed to revive their market with a new marketing message. What started out as a small company selling and installing new and refurbished phone systems in 1991, had grown into a much larger Converged Business Communications company by 2002. Lantana’s goals and objectives had changed, therefore, they needed a different branding approach that put their new expertise and established experience at the forefront. The new message had to separate them from the crowd of tough competitors in a creative way and create a strong foundation for a long-term advertising program to push that new message.

Our Solution
The launch of the new brand image in early 2003. With this launch, a new message was advertised in print advertising, online advertising, search engine marketing and industry specific conventions. We also created a full arsenal of branded collateral materials to help take their sales team to the newest level of marketing communications in this day and age.

Results
Lantana earned the Prestigious Business Partner of the Year Award from Avaya, an international telecommunications equipment manufacturer. They also achieved enough sales growth in 2003 that they moved from Gold to Platinum status with Avaya. Most recently, during the summer of 2004, Lantana Communications has added an office location in New Mexico and made several strategic partnerships to further expand their services.
