Problem Encountered
Lucidity came to mundayMorning as a small, but very accomplished Oracle consulting company with big goals and specific marketing objectives. Lucidity had grown out of their small, reliable company image and needed to look more corporate, established and easy to work with. It was very important to put Lucidity’s personality into the new brand image and create a new marketing message that had “legs.”
Our Solution
What we learned from our Discovery & Analysis phase was that when it came down to Lucidity’s Unique Selling Points, there was one that overwhelmed the others. They essentially made companies examine themselves in the mirror to “make better business decisions.” Lucidity’s approach to consulting was not just based on their Big Four consulting experience, but rather their simple approach of just asking their prospects “let’s sit down and talk and let’s see where we can help.” It was vital to strategically communicate this “simple” approach with great professionalism, knowledge and very specific experiences. One other important selling point was that Lucidity had “been in the trenches.” Their new brand image set them apart as a young, up-and-coming consulting company that had a proven track record.
Results
Their new marketing message set them apart as a highly intelligent, but approachable team of consultants. Lucidity was a confident company from the get-go and implementing their new company message gave them the branding gun powder to prove to their markets they were there to stay.
